Why was Super Buu so afraid of having Fat Buu torn out and becoming Kid Buu if he was going to destroy the Earth even before his transformation?

he totaly startet to enjoy being a Person. thats what this was.
while Super buu was like: “If i absorb every strong fighter in the universe then i grow so powerful that nobody can stop me anymore and i m basicaly a God at that point and then i can reshape the world as i like it to be.”
